1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Beta company sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością). For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect and why
- When you browse the website: pages visited, clicks and scrolling, device and browser details, approximate location derived from the IP address, and cookie identifiers. Purpose: to measure and improve the site. Basis: our legitimate interest.
- When you contact us (Telegram chat, email, live chat): your message, the contact details you give and the history of the conversation. Purpose: to answer you and handle your order. Basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in providing support.
- When you order in the customer cabinet: account, order, payment and balance records. Purpose: to deliver the Service, take payment and keep the records the law requires. Basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.

3. Tools that run on the website
The site loads these tools through Google Tag Manager:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google) — usage statistics;
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — session recordings and heat maps that show how pages are used;
- HelpCrunch — the live-chat widget.
They may set cookies or similar identifiers and receive your IP address, the pages you view and device data. The site does not currently show a cookie banner, so these tools load when a page opens. You can block them with your browser settings or a content blocker, and you can object to the processing by writing to us.
4. Who receives your data
- The providers that run the tools above (Google, Microsoft, HelpCrunch) and the messenger you use to contact us (Telegram).
- Carriers and number suppliers, where a line requires it.
- The payment providers used in the customer cabinet.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, they rely on the transfer safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
5. How long we keep data
Only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
- access your personal data;
- have it corrected, or erased;
- restrict the processing or object to it;
- receive your data in a portable form;
- withdraw consent, where the processing rests on consent;
- complain to a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
To exercise a right, write to [email protected].
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
8. Age
The Service is for people aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
